I created this exercise program for pregnancy to give you all an insight into what kind of workouts I do while pregnant. In my first pregnancy, like most moms, I was very confused as to what was safe and what was not safe to do. So I took an Ante and Postnatal Exercise course and read countless articles, research papers and books to help me understand a little better what was going on with my body and what kind of adjustments needed to be made to make sure I maintained my active lifestyle and did not harm my baby.
